4 Bedroom Apartment Rentals
APPLICANTS:
For the application (available on our website in pdf and printable or picked up from a brochure box on our office back porch), please fill it out if you are interested in any of the rental listings and submit to our office via our office email at ginny_reichart@yahoo.com or through our mail slot on our office back door.
The rental application must be filled out completely and submitted with all required copies of documents that are noted on the application as well as the application fee for any adult that is to live in the rental property. You need to have a completed application in order for it to be submitted to a landlord for preview. An application that is not fully completed and doesn’t have all the required documents and fee it will not be submitted to the landlord for preview as the landlord will need to be able to review over all information to make a decision on an application.
At this time landlords are Pre-approving applications prior to showings and our office will call the pre-approved applicants to set up a showing appointment. Application fees are not refundable. Applications can be used for any available property for 6 months provided updated monthly income documentation is provided.
Our office Does Not set up showing appointments via Apartments.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hot Pads, etc. nor does our office accept applications submitted by these sites.
